BIOGRAPHY

Prior to opening Coulter Law, I was a partner at Hall &Evans LLC, a premier insurance defense law firm. I have over 15 years of experience representing major regional and national insurance companies. My practice focuses exclusively on workers’ compensation with an emphasis in Medicare and Medicaid.

I’ve had the opportunity to partner with Director of Workers’ Compensation Paul Toriello, physicians, insurance company representatives and attorneys representing insurance companies and injured workers. I’ve formed valuable relationships and I have gained extensive insight into the thought processes of the attorneys who are fighting to keep you from the benefits you may deserve.

I began my practice shortly after law school in civil litigation before quickly leaving that area of law and finding a home in the practice of workers’ compensation for the last decade and a half.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, I moved to Colorado in 2007, after meeting my future husband on a whitewater rafting trip at Royal Gorge. As a working wife and mother of two busy kids, and one spoiled dog, I understand the value of time and I will appreciate and respect yours. I work diligently to provide the most efficient and fair resolution of your workers’ compensation claim, so you can move on with your life.

When I am not helping injured workers, I enjoy running, hiking, car camping, amusement parks, hanging out with my family and friends or listening to a good book on Audible.
